A2 Collar Snaps

In the past 20 years, I can't recall ever having worn one of my A2's without having the collar snaps done up. Guess I always thought it was a better look for me...

I was just looking through the Good Wear website and realized John's wearing his A2's in every case with the collar snaps undone. It prompted me to look around at some vintage photos-and it seems everyone in those old photos is wearing his A2 the same, with the snaps undone.

I guess this is just so the collar is less stiff,...
